Darren was recommended to me by a Carpenter I came across who had seen his work and was happy to suggest that Darren could do the built-in wardrobes I had had built.

Darren was one of many quotes I had done and it was fair to say he was the most straight-up character. No fuss. No funny spiel or elongated small talk. He was also very normal, unlike some of the characters that I met. His quote came in around average to a little above. But after some slight deliberation, I was glad that I gave the job to him.

Although it was a tougher job than expected. He came in on-time for the quoted work and was extra conscientious with the finish. He had all the kit necessary and he kept the area clean and tidy. I have other jobs in the pipeline and look forward to hopefully working with him again.
